Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please note that shipping and delivery timeframes provided by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not been delivered and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the next steps.
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, apartment management (if applicable), and contacting your local post office or carrier, as they can often verify the GPS location of the delivery scan.
While we are happy to assist by providing tracking information, Cold Creek Hat Co. is unable to guarantee refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered. Replacement or refund requests for delivered packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
